Kimberly Pritchett, MSN, RN is an alumna of the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ, Class of 2014, and has been a dedicated member of the Department of Nursing faculty since 2019. As an adjunct instructor, she has taught a wide range of courses, including Med-Surg I Clinical and Theory, Nutrition Lab, NCLEX Prep I & II, and Fundamentals Lab, supporting students at every stage of their nursing education. 

With experience across clinical and leadership settings, Kim brings insight into patient care and healthcare delivery. Her medical-surgical background began at MarinHealth Medical Center as a Med-Surg Staff RN II and later expanded into leadership roles as a Patient Experience Coordinator and Assistant Unit Manager. These experiences allow her to bridge clinical practice with compassionate, patient-centered care.

Currently serving as clinical simulation services manager, Kim teaches the Nursing Fundamentals Lab and oversees clinical labs for Med-Surg I & II, while also supporting the Physician Assistant program. She is passionate about preparing future healthcare professionals through hands-on learning, advanced simulation technology, and immersive clinical experiences that build confidence, critical thinking, and clinical competence. Kim is deeply committed to student success and to advancing innovative nursing education that prepares graduates to thrive in today’s healthcare environment.
